Our sump pump failed two days before Christmas which flooded our entire basement, and I called SERVPRO in a panic. Jason was very professional, responsive and had a team out within the hour. Chelsey and Harrison put our minds at ease immediately and did a ROCK STAR job of getting the water removed, carpet torn up, and taken out along with other things that were unusable. They did all of this in a matter of 5 hours and was most likely the reason why we were able to salvage the majority of our items still in the basement. The team that came in to pick up the equipment (Rosa, Mike and Jose) were awesome as well. Everyone was very personable, professional and took great care in our home to ensure the job was done right. We were very impressed with their services and would recommend them to anyone in need of water remediation.

I was SO impressed with Alex and Mike. They worked very hard & took the time to answer any questions I had politely and patiently. My sister is elderly & was once a concert pianist. She asked if she could play a 3 minute song for Alex & he politely listened with patience. That thoughtful touch really made a big difference.

I had water damage to the first floor and basement. They did a good job of cleaning it up, ripping out damaged parts, and drying everything out. They were all without question a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, courteous and answered any questions I had.

I found myself in a unique position.  Professionally, I have used SERVPRO numerous times and always found them to be excellent in their response.  Now, I needed them at my own residence when a water line burst and flooded the basement.  When I got home, my wife was trying to clean up and water was everywhere.  I told her, " Stop, we are not dealing with this. I'm calling SERVPRO."  She had never dealt with them before but, I assured her that they would be great.  Thank you to SERVPRO for living up to my expectations and showing my wife that I am correct sometimes!

AJ was fantastic both times he was out. Just super friendly and personable, seems really happy to perform his job. I thanked him for coming in the snowstorm, feeling badly that they had to be out on the roads in the snow. He brushed it off and replied with an upbeat, "it's our job, we are happy to help!"

When they were out on Monday, my 6 year old had gone inside to change from gloves to mittens because her hands were cold, and I was outside shoveling. Unbeknownst to me, she was inside struggling with the mittens. She came out and told me that they helped her get her mittens on. I was really touched that they would spend the extra time to help out my kid. They have been awesome and really great to work with.

I had employees at the house everyday checking equipment, making sure blowers were running and moving equipment around when needed. Keep up the great work!

I am so impressed with SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford! My first experience with them was a ruptured pipe in the attic of my second floor that manifested itself in a waterfall through a light fixture over my cooktop. The technicians were neat, clean, polite and good-humored. I think I'd expected that this incident would be a total disaster, and I'm happy to report that it was anything but. I am one happy, satisfied SERVPRO customer!
