Biohazard Testimonials

AMAZING! Coordinated to immediately come to my house, very professional staff. Thank you!

The team that was sent to my location was nothing short of SPECTACULAR!! The communication and professionalism when explaining everything was top notch.

Every single SERVPRO employee performed their job professionally, promptly, & politely. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for assisting me during this process.

I was very pleased with the service I received from SERVPRO. They came out right away, accessed the damaged, got rid of the damaged flooring, and had a new floor put down within a responsible time frame. The contractors for the floor did a fabulous job. I was very pleased with both SERVPRO and the contractors who put in the new flooring! Job well done! Thank you.

I hired SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford for a unique task of cleaning out an attic that had rodent droppings and bat guano. Certainly not the most pleasant of jobs! They took it on without question, and 3 hours later, the attic was squeaky clean. Overall, the process of estimation, scheduling and job completion was easy! I would definitely use them again.

We were the unfortunate recipients of a clogged sewer main. After 8 hours of dealing with call centers to see how to clean this all up, I called SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. Within the hour of my call, they were at my house assessing and planning. (30 minute drive)

I got home from work and within minutes of that a whole team was suited up and knocking out the problem. This was a nightmare for us but having the group of guys that we did made it less stressful. After talking to the guys, I had connections with all of them in some way or another. Having employees from the community you serve means the world to people when they need help. Brandon, James, Chandler, Daniella, and the others...you are rockstars!

I hope I NEVER EVER have someone else's sewage in my yard/basement again, BUT if it happens, the ONLY company I would call is SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford. "Like it never even happened."
