Landenberg Water Damage

The air conditioner line in this local Landenberg apartment had backed up into this finished basement.  Extensive water damage was left behind with water affecting eight book shelves along with the carpet, wall and ceilings.  Mold had also begun to grow including on the basement wall shown here.  The water restoration professionals at SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford began work on this property right away to ensure further damage would not be caused. 

After extracting all of the water from the home, we worked around the clock to remediate the mold using our advanced air scrubbers and cleaning techniques.  Once remediation and repairs were complete, the customer was relieved to have her property restored.
