Flooded Basement

When the Brandywine River Museum needed someone to clean up the damage from rain water in their basement. They called SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford to get the job done right. We removed five inches of water from the basement and made it better than it was before the flood. 

The museum is actually located in a minor flood plane due to the river that runs close to it.  When it rains heavy enough, or for a short period of time, the river can easily flow up the banks and into the surrounding areas.  Route 1 North and South are generally closed due to flooding at this point.
